1990s Fender MIJ ST62-53 Stratocaster Candy Apple Red
A great player from the MIJ period!
Dating to around 1993-94, this particular model is the ST62-53 which featured a basswood body in combination with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard. These particular examples featured stock Japanese ceramic pickups in contrast to other high-end models at the time which featured US-made pickups. Finished in a gorgeous candy apple red, this example has a nice 'oval' neck profile and delivers plenty of that authentic Strat twang we know and love.
Cosmetic condition is very good with light play wear present. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes a Fender-branded hardcase.
