2005 Gretsch G6128T Duo Jet Black

A lovely Japanese-made example from Gretsch!

Without a doubt, the Duo Jet is one of our all time favourite Gretsch models. This example, made in Japan in 2005, captures all the elements we love about these guitars to a tee! Designed as Gretschs answer to the Les Paul, these feature a chambered body with a single cutaway utilising a maple top with a chambered mahogany body. An ebony fretboard is present with the classic thumbnail inlays and a 12" fretboard radius. The FilterTrons in this example have excellent chime and clarity, which can sometimes be hard to find on modern examples. If you're looking for a late '50s spec Duo Jet, this might just be the one for you!

Cosmetic condition is okay, with some visible scuffing and light hairline scratching present on the front and back of the body. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. Includes the original hardcase and case candy.
