2005 PRS Custom 22 20th Anniversary 10 Top Sunburst
A great playing PRS with plenty of charm and character!
Established by Paul Reed Smith in 1985, PRS quickly became notable for their high level of build quality and Smith's unwavering desire to perfect their instruments. This particular example is a Custom 22 with tremolo, and features a maple top with mahogany body, neck, and Indian rosewood fretboard. This example features the 'birds in flight' inlays, as well as the incredible sounding 'Dragon 2' pickups. A cool feature on these models is a 5-way rotary switch for pickup selection, offering up outside, series, and parallel coils along with the standard two pickup selection. We're most impressed by the incredible sustain and even-ness of this example, which makes this a new shop favourite.
Cosmetic condition is good with the main wear being a ding located on the back of the neck near the 9th fret. There are also a couple of small dings at the top front of the headstock. The rest of the guitar, however, presents beautifully. Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low action. Includes the original hardcase and case candy.
